Arsenal Posts Financial Loss After Wembley Defeat

Premier League football club Arsenal posted a loss during the six months to the end of November, mainly at the expense of reduced playing resources.

The club’s 2.5 million pound ($4 million) loss within six months on November 30 in contrast to a profit £ 29.2 million for the corresponding period in 2009.

Although Arsenal in 33.9 million pounds from the sale of the 2009 offseason, mainly for the transfer of Kolo Toure and Emmanuel Adebayor and Manchester City, has just taken a £ 4 million in 2010.
