Williams Leads Jazz to Rout of Hornets

Utah Jazz coach Jerry Sloan said he had turned the coin when it comes to choosing the team's top pick in the 2005 NBA Draft.

"We could go either way, and it does not matter," said Sloan. It does not refer to the guard Deron Williams, who on Wednesday night discussed the jazz fans in the All-Star performance.

Williams, the number 3 pick overall in 2005, before Chris Paul, Utah led by 26 points, 11 assists and five steals in 105-87 victory Paul New Orleans Hornets.

Paul finished with 17 points, nine assists and five steals as the Hornets (11-3) dropped their second law. Williams missed his first three shots, but finished strong first quarter, hitting 3-pointer, then completed a three-point play gave the Jazz a 31-30 lead, only the third time at home this season led after one quarter.
