Locker Set To Play Thursday Night For Washington

Quarterback Jake Locker of Washington was approved for the night of Thursday's game against UCLA, the last word announced by coach Steve Sarkisian on his Twitter account.

Sarkisian said after Tuesday's practice that doctors still are not allowed and broken rib Locker to play against the Bruins in the final home game of Locker's career.

Sarkisian seemed calm about the situation. First he said on Monday that a decision would be taken yesterday morning.

About 90 minutes after practice ended, Sarkisian Twitter, "Jake Locker is allowed to play!" If Locker can not go, redshirt freshman Keith Price had made his second start right. Local not play Nov. 6 at No. 1 in Oregon.
