Phoenix Coyotes Re-signed with Lee Stempniak

Lee Stempniak and Phoenix Coyotes have agreed to sign a two-year contract on Monday. Conditions have not yet been revealed.

Lee Stempniak expired at the Arizona trade agreement with Toronto last season. Lee gives the rhythm playoff run Phoenix Coyotes 14 goals and four assists and a 18-game season.

Last season, Stempniak has made a career high 28 goals and 20 assists in 80 games with Toronto and Phoenix, has 96 goals and 113 assists for a career in six years, including a stop in St. Louis. Phoenix Coyotes expect more than 25 goals this season.

Lee Stempniak was selected 148th overall in 2003 NHL Draft St. Louis Blues. He also played for Toronto Maple Leafs before joining the Phoenix Coyotes.
